How one client relationship, begun weeks after EGS was formed, grew into every system the National Police Defense Foundation runs on.
DECEMBER 2001
The National Police Defense Foundation needed its technology to simply work: the website, the network, the servers, the day-to-day. EGS took ownership of all of it.
No scoped project. No end date. A relationship.
THE 2000s – 2010s
As the Foundation grew, so did what EGS ran: website management, network and server administration, IT operations, membership programs, fundraising tooling, and the online presence that carried the mission.
Each new need was met inside the same relationship, by the same team.
THE MODERNIZATION
EGS moved the Foundation from Windows servers, shared drives, and siloed information to a modern cloud environment: Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and cloud document management.
Membership operations, renewal processing, donation operations, and shared documentation all crossed over. Then EGS did what it does: it stayed to operate what it built.

2026 – TODAY
Twenty-five years in, EGS runs the Foundation’s public website, online store, and donation experience; the Bloomerang CRM; the Microsoft 365 tenant and its security; the Google Ad Grant and digital outreach; and the everyday support behind all of it.
Leadership focuses on the mission. EGS keeps the technology working.
Twenty-five years in production.
Watched continuously — never set-and-forget.
