Supporting membership organizations requires more than a website. It requires an operating layer.

Modern systems, a growing base, more donors, a smoother day to day. One partner, long term.

The new system has completely transformed the way we manage our league. It has organized our operations, streamlined our paperwork and communication processes, and significantly reduced the amount of manual work required from our volunteer staff.

Common questions

Questions we actually get

Do you work with nonprofits of our size?

Most likely, yes. EGS supports organizations from local leagues to national foundations. What matters is not your size but the relationship: we work with a small number of organizations and stay for the long term. Our first client, the National Police Defense Foundation, has been with us since December 2001.

What does EGS actually take over?

The systems your mission runs on: your website, membership systems, donor CRM, Microsoft 365, email, and security, plus the vendors behind them. Leadership keeps deciding. EGS keeps it running.

Do you understand law-enforcement organizations?

We have operated the technology of a national police defense foundation for 25 years: membership, donations, communications, and security for an organization that serves law enforcement officers. That experience does not come from a case study. It comes from doing the work since 2001.

How long do clients typically stay?

Our first client is still our client, 25 years later. We would rather show that than quote an average.

Can you work with the systems and vendors we already have?

Yes. The operating layer's job is to make the pieces you already have work together. Replacing things is the last resort, not the first move.

Let's talk about growing your mission
